Some very common types of Headaches and their solutions!
Migraine Headaches
Migraine headache’s are most common types of headaches commonly found in adults. Migraine is a form of vascular headache, which is caused by enlargement of blood vessels, that as a result releases chemicals that causes inflammation and pain. It is also believed that, Migraine headaches can come in families, and is caused by neurological disorder.
Treatment: Chances of migraine headaches can be reduced by following:
- Sleeping, which is best solution, during migraine attack.
- Avoiding smoking.
- Avoid following food items containing, cheese, pressed meat, wines, nuts etc. Avoid eating fruits like mangoes or egg yolks, which could further increase your heart beat increasing the pain.
Alternatively you can take some kind of pain killer (mefenemic acid) or aspirin or as per advice of your doctor.
Rebound Headaches / Returning Headaches
Sometimes overuse of painkillers for headaches can bring you rebound headaches. These could be caused by over usage of medications like aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), as well as physicians advised medications. According to research sometimes over usage or too much addiction to painkillers can cause brain to shift into excited mode, introducing more pain attacks. Also as soon as medicines effect is over, the rebound headaches returns back, giving you nothing but acidity.

Sinus Headaches
Sinus can get inflamed resulting in pain, for which the most common cause is the infection. It can come with fever (infection) and can be diagnosed by MRI or CT Scan and can be treated by use of antibiotics.
Tension Headaches
As the name suggests, tension headaches come because of excessive stress, thus resulting in contraction of neck and scalp mussels. This type of pain does not interrupts much while someone is engaged in an activity. Tension headaches can be treated by the help of aspirin or another painkiller like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
Cluster Headaches
Cluster headaches, which are more common in men than women, and are recurring headaches that return in cycles. These headaches can come suddenly and with very severely attacking pain on one side of the head, and could be also accompanied by a watery eye and nasal congestion or a runny nose on the same side of the face. This causes the sufferer to feel very uncomfortable and restless during the pain attack. The cause of cluster headaches is yet unknown. There has been no proper cure for this type, but the returning cycle can be greatly reduced by use of Verapamil or Lithium, and can also be reduced by breathing 100% oxygen.
As a solution for all common types of headaches including migraines and tension headaches, painkillers are more commonly used. However in case you get very frequent headaches, than the use of painkillers can become and addition and could be very harmful for your health, due to their side-effects.
If possible the use of natural herbs in treating headaches could be beneficent and recommended.

sir i think that i have seviour headache i have lot of pain in my head i not remembering i loosing my memory power even i cnt remember friend name. i feeling weak ness. pleasd give the solution.
