Must Try

Dwayne Johnson posted on Tuesday, June 11th, that he had a severe elbow injury while filming The Smashing Machine. An earlier Instagram update regarding the injury was shared by The Rock.
The 52-year-old actor displayed the extent of his elbow swelling on Tuesday. The most recent update shows that while the edema has decreased, purple bruises have taken their place.
Despite admitting in the initial statement that the injury was painful, the People’s Champion appeared to be in a positive frame of mind. The most recent update hasn’t made him any less optimistic.
Dwayne Johnson raised his arm to display the bruises and grinned at the camera. The bodybuilding fanatic posted, “Elbow got kissed by the boo-boo monster,” but he also shared some positive news.

Dwayne Johnson said that although the elbow injury looks pretty severe, it is not as bad as it looks. “There is no significant tissue damage,” the 52-year-old action actor declared.
According to The Rock, the irritation was caused by a “ruptured bursa sac that will eventually heal.” Johnson continued, “As always, let pain and tequila be your guides. I’ve had much worse.”
Entertainment website Deadline wanted to find out if Johnson’s injury will affect “The Smashing Machine’s” production timeline. The question was addressed by Dwayne Johnson in his most recent update. “Going back to work. I appreciate all of your kindness and suggestions for healing and medication. The WWE legend wrote, “I’m good.” For his next movie, Johnson has started practicing mixed martial arts.
The former pro wrestler will play UFC Heavyweight champion Mark Kerr. Dwayne Johnson has been wrestling for years, but he is still working to improve his striking and ground game. Since he now views injuries as a potential hazard of his job, he doesn’t appear willing to let the injury stop him.
Dwayne Johnson detailed every injury he overcame throughout his career
The Rock listed all of the serious injuries he has sustained throughout his professional wrestling career. “I ripped my quadriceps… Dwayne Johnson narrated, “I tore my Achilles tendon off my pelvis, tore my entire abdominal wall, I had four knee surgeries, ruptures in my back, and a completely rebuilt shoulder.”
The People’s Champion sought medical attention for the elbow injury, despite having experienced far more severe injuries. The Black Adam actor even inquired about his fans’ awareness of the injury.
Fortunately, The Rock’s pain was managed without the need for any surgery. The 52-year-old Hollywood action star seemed to not be worried about continuing to train and shoot The Smashing Machine.
