TRX Training
At TRX, we believe in the transformative power of movement as a vital sign. Our mission is to teach you how to move better, fostering physical improvement and enhancing your overall well-being.
Our Educational Courses combine science and practical application to take you on a journey that teaches you how to move well and to be able to coach others to do the same.Â
You leave with a clear understanding of proper body positions, procedures, and principles of progressions unique to the TRX functional training tool relevant to that course.Â
Together we work to distill hundreds of exercises down to 7 foundational movement (FM) patterns that are a necessity in life; plank, hinge, pull, squat, push, lunge, and rotate.Â
The goal is to move with good form and technique to achieve our goals. Learn what the correct form looks like and feels like in your own body across each FM. Together, we break this down into a process that is easy to understand and coach.
With an understanding of what good form and technique feel like in your own body, now you are ready to learn how to coach this to your clients. Discover the TRX cueing convention (NAPSMR ) that helps build kinesthetic awareness within your clients and get them moving safely and effectively.Â
Once you master this cueing convention, it’s time to start layering in corrective and technique cues. Â
The entire educational journey is broken down into digestible and simplistic systems for you to implement immediately into your training as well as with your clients. Â
See how the TRX education comes to life in the short exercise videos of some basic TRX suspension training exercises across all seven foundational movements.
